East River Family Strengthening Collaborative serves families and children in Ward 7 who are at risk of child maltreatment; primarily families referred by the Child and Family Services Agency. We also work with a number of self referrals from the community; however, all households must have children to access our services. To reach as many residents as possible who are in crisis situations, ERFSC works closely with the Potomac Region DCHA so that services are more accessible to public housing residents.
